Slots, and the one panel that carries figures

Everything a slot will tell you before you stake is inside one panel, reachable from the game itself. Outside it, the same title may be running a different configuration entirely.

The panel, and what is in it

Four fields, one place
WHERE THAT INSTALLATION'S NUMBERS ARE i menu · rules · paytable What is inside it · the return percentage as configured· the bet cap while a bonus is live· the win ceiling per spin· how much a spin counts towards the requirement The same title can come outconfigured the other wayin the cashier next door. Which is why this site publishes no return percentage on any page.
The rules panel is the only place where that installation's numbers are written down. Outside it, the same title may be configured differently in the cashier next door — which is why no return percentage appears anywhere on this site.

Every slot carries a rules panel reachable from inside the game, usually behind an information icon in the bar under the reels. That panel is where the return percentage as configured, the bet cap while a bonus is live, the ceiling on a single spin's win and the contribution towards a wagering requirement are written down. All four decide how a session behaves, and all four can differ between two cashiers showing what looks like the same game. The newest entries, dated by certificate.

  • The configured return. Shipped as a range by the supplier; the operator picks one. Only the panel knows which.
  • The bet cap with a bonus live. Exceed it and the requirement can be voided rather than merely slowed.
  • The win ceiling per spin. Usually expressed as a multiple of the stake.
  • The contribution. How much of a spin's stake counts towards clearing a bonus, which on some titles is a fraction rather than the whole.
02

Why two cashiers can differ on the same title

Configuration, not conspiracy

A supplier ships a game with more than one configuration available, and the operator chooses at installation. Nothing about that is hidden — it is written in the panel of each installation — but it does mean that a figure copied from a third-party page describes that page's source and not necessarily the game you are looking at. This is the whole reason this register refuses to carry return percentages: the number is real, but it is not portable. Responsible play.

Questions people actually ask

What gets typed into a search box
Where do I find a slot's RTP?
In the rules panel of that installation, reachable from inside the game. A figure from anywhere else describes a different installation until proven otherwise.
Do crypto slots pay differently from other slots?
The coin at the cashier does not change the game's configuration. What changes it is the configuration, which is written in the panel.
How much does a spin count towards a bonus?
It varies by title and it is written in the panel rather than the terms. None of the twelve records publishes a contribution table this register could read.
