How the sum is built

The method, field by field

Everything on this site reduces to one question: is it written down somewhere a reader can reopen? This page sets out what counts, what it is worth, and what is left out on purpose.

What the number is

And what it is not

The figure beside every record is called the Cashier Route. It does not measure the casino. It measures how much of the way from a Turkish bank account to a placed bet is written down in figures before any money moves, and how much of that was found in a document rather than in an advert. A cashier can be excellent and score forty here: that means it publishes little, not that it plays badly. The reverse holds too — a high score is legibility and not praise. About this register.

Five blocks of twenty points. The weights inside each block are not equal: a licence number that can be confirmed in the regulator's own register is worth more than one extra coin in the cashier, because it is the only field that can be checked anywhere other than the operator's own site.

The five blocks

Twenty points each

Register — 20 points

Licence number found (8), status legible (6), company named (6).

Route — 20 points

Cashier opened (8), USDT in it (7), a second stable coin (5).

Breadth — 20 points

Five coins or more (7), nine or more (7), a low-fee network among them (6).

Small print — 20 points

Verification clause found (8), section pointed to (6), a figure inside it (6).

Bonus — 20 points

Percentage (5), multiplier (5), what it applies to (5), maximum bet (5).

The weights inside a block are deliberately uneven. A licence number that resolves inside a regulator's own search is worth more than one extra coin in the cashier, because it is the only field on the whole site that can be checked somewhere other than the operator's own pages. Everything else rests on the operator being honest about itself; that one field does not. Vave: what is written down.

03

Why the route is a block at all

Because the site is read from Turkey

Most registers of this kind score a licence and a bonus and stop. The second and third blocks here exist because a reader in Turkey cannot hand a cashier a lira: the money has to become a coin first, and which coin the cashier takes decides how much of the deposit survives the journey. That is the one axis on this site that is specific to where it is read from, and it carries forty of the hundred points. LeeBet: what is written down.

Its fee moves withtraffic, not with any cashier.CashierbalanceLast leg. The verification clause decideswhether the way back opens. Of the four legs, the cashier owns only the last one. The other three are the bank, the exchange and the network — each with conditions of its own. Which is why this register measures the clause and not the «withdrawal time»: only the clause is written down somewhere.
Four legs separate a lira in a Turkish bank account from a balance in a cashier. The cashier owns the last one; the bank, the exchange and the network own the other three, and each writes conditions of its own.

Two sources, never mixed in one sentence

Which is why the table has a column

Licences, statuses, companies, clauses and coins come from registers and from operators' own terms. Bonus conditions come from the listings where operators publish them, which is a weaker source and is treated as one: it is worth twenty points rather than forty, and its origin is stated on every page that uses it. The two are never combined inside a single claim.

05

What is deliberately not measured

Five things, and why
  • Payout times. Nobody here timed a withdrawal. A figure would have to be invented or copied from somewhere that invented it.
  • Return percentages. They belong to the individual installation and are written in its rules panel; a figure quoted elsewhere has lost the detail that made it true.
  • Player reviews. Who stands behind a review cannot be established from outside, so none are quoted, aggregated or counted.
  • Whether players from Turkey are accepted. That sits in an operator's terms and changes without notice, so the site does not assert it in either direction.
  • «We tested». Nobody here played for money at any cashier in this register. The word does not appear on the site.
06

How ties break

And what is kept out

Two records on the same total are separated by how many coins were actually counted in the cashier, and then alphabetically. Never by the order the records were written in. One number is kept out of the ordered list altogether: BC.Game's licence resolves with the status «Revoked», and a revoked number does not belong in a list ordered by what can be confirmed.

Questions people actually ask

What gets typed into a search box
What does the number beside each casino mean?
How much of the route from a bank account to a placed bet is written down in figures, out of a hundred. It is a measure of legibility, not of quality.
Why does this site not publish payout times?
Because nobody here measured one. Every other figure on the site comes from a document that can be reopened; a payout time would be the only one with nothing behind it.
What does an empty cell mean?
That nothing was read. It is not a claim that the thing does not exist, and the difference is the reason the column is there.
Can I check these figures myself?
The licence numbers, yes, in two minutes: put the number into the regulator's own search. The clauses and coins, yes, by opening the operator's terms and deposit page. The bonus figures come from listings and are marked as such.
